Product disclosure

Unless expressly stated on the relevant product page, products sold by MSK Jewells are imitation, artificial or fashion jewellery. References to gold, silver, rose gold, diamond, pearl, kundan, crystal and similar terms may indicate appearance, colour, finish or imitation material and do not indicate precious-metal purity, hallmarking, gemstone certification or investment value.

Warranty and care

No voluntary warranty or guarantee applies to imitation jewellery, plating, polish, colour retention, stones, clasps or normal wear unless expressly stated. Jewellery must be kept away from water, perfume, sweat, cosmetics and chemicals. This statement does not remove any remedy or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian consumer law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VMSK Retail is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused by misuse, improper care, allergic sensitivity, normal wear, unauthorised repair, inaccurate customer information, courier events or other circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in this notice excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or statutory obligations concerning defective, deficient, spurious, incorrectly supplied or materially misdescribed goods.
