Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern use of mskjewells.in and purchases from MSK Jewells, a jewellery brand owned and operated by VMSK Retail (GSTIN: 23OCZPS1233N1ZM). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies displayed on this website.

1. Product nature and description

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, our products are imitation, artificial or fashion jewellery and are not precious-metal or investment jewellery. Words such as gold, rose gold, silver, diamond, pearl, kundan, crystal or similar terms may describe colour, finish, style or imitation material and do not represent purity, certification or precious-stone content unless specifically stated.

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. Colour, scale and finish may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, handcrafted details or production batches. Dimensions and weights may be approximate.

2. Jewellery care, allergies and suitability

Keep jewellery away from water, moisture, perfume, sweat, cosmetics and chemicals. Store pieces separately in a dry pouch and wipe gently after use. Plating, polish and colour may fade or tarnish with normal use or unsuitable storage. Products are not represented as hypoallergenic, nickel-free or suitable for sensitive skin unless the product page expressly says so. Customers should discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek appropriate medical advice.

3. Warranty and guarantee

No voluntary manufacturer or seller warranty or guarantee is provided for imitation jewellery, including plating, polish, colour retention, stones, clasps or normal wear, unless expressly stated on the relevant product page. This does not exclude remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

4. Orders, availability and payment

An order is accepted only after confirmation by us. We may reject or cancel an order for stock, pricing, verification, technical, fraud-prevention or serviceability reasons and will provide any refund due. Prices and offers may change before an order is placed. Applicable taxes, shipping and COD charges are shown at checkout.

5. Returns, replacements and refunds

Change-of-mind returns are not offered. Claims for damaged, wrong, missing, defective or materially misdescribed goods must be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery with the order number, photographs and a continuous unboxing video. Full conditions, verification, replacement and refund timelines are stated in our Return and Refund Policy. Statutory consumer remedies remain unaffected.

6. Shipping

Delivery dates are estimates. We use third-party logistics providers and are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, while remaining responsible for obligations imposed by applicable law. Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details.

7. Website use and intellectual property

All store content, branding, photographs, designs and text owned or licensed by VMSK Retail may not be copied, republished, sold or commercially used without written permission. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful or misleading content.

8. Reviews and user content

Content you submit must be truthful, lawful and based on genuine experience. You grant us a non-exclusive right to display and use submitted reviews or feedback for store operation and promotion, subject to applicable privacy law.

9. Third-party services

The store may use Shopify, payment providers, courier partners and other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. Purchases from MSK Jewells are transactions with VMSK Retail, not Shopify.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VMSK Retail is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from misuse, improper care, allergic sensitivity, normal wear, customer-provided incorrect information, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including remedies for defective, deficient, spurious, wrong or materially misdescribed goods.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right of a consumer to approach another competent consumer commission or authority.

12. Changes and severability

We may update these Terms prospectively by publishing a revised version. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
